At Windermere United we value our community and enjoy partnering with people and groups who need space to hold meetings, workshops, celebrations, or for special one-time events like weddings, concerts, funerals, or memorial services.

All of our rooms are on the same floor (except the North Loft), which is the same floor as the washrooms and the kitchenette, as well as the Skylight Room where you will find our AED device and First Aid Kit.
Important things to note:
- There is a minimum 2 hour rental requirement on all rooms.
- All renters are required to obtain insurance covering any and all events they book rental space for in the church. We recommend HUB International which offers third-party event liability insurance for groups and individuals making use of United Church of Canada facilities, providing the peace of mind that both the church facility and your guests will be protected in case of injury or property damage. You are also welcome to obtain third-party event liability insurance through your home owners or business insurance.
